Eragon is an amazing book by Paolini! It is about an average farm boy rising to the throne of a hero. Eragon, the main character, one day finds a blue stone. What he doesn't know is that the blue stone was not an ordinary stone, but a dragon egg! When a dragon hatches from the egg, the mysteries of the
dragons will suddenly reveal itself to Eragon. With the help of Brom, Eragon and Saphira, Eragon's dragon, will go on a journey of a lifetime!

Even though this isn't my summer reading book for school, im reading a book called Buried by Robin Merrow MacCready. It's about a girl who is 17 and her mother is an alcoholic. Her struggles with her mother and her addiction and planning out her life is the main plot of the book. i would suggest it to anyone looking for an interesting book. i am about 1/2 way through it and it is getting so intense!
